This warranty specifically excludes pre-existing mechanical issues (such as window motors or regulators), air or water leaks resulting from aged factory weatherstripping, incidental damages, and new breakage caused by external forces (e.g., vandalism or debris).

Glass Genie warrants the installation quality and mechanical alignment of your replacement side glass for as long as you own the vehicle. This assurance verifies that your new glass has been precisely mounted to the regulator and balanced within the door track by our skilled technicians.

If you notice the glass vibrating, moving unevenly, or are unsatisfied with the assembly, please contact Glass Genie to arrange an inspection. If we determine the problem is a result of our initial installation, we will make the necessary adjustments at no cost to you.

Exclusions: Coverage is contingent on the vehicle’s door frame being free of corrosion or impact damage. This warranty specifically excludes failure of the window motor or regulator mechanism, water or air leaks caused by worn-out factory rubber seals, incidental damages, and any new breakage caused by accidents, theft, or road debris.

Glass Genie warrants the mechanical performance of your replacement window regulator and motor for the duration of your ownership. This guarantee ensures that the assembly has been correctly installed and that the component itself is free from manufacturing defects.

Should you experience intermittent operation, total power failure, or dissatisfaction with the mechanism's speed, please contact Glass Genie to schedule a diagnostic check. If our assessment confirms the issue stems from a defective part or our installation, we will replace the unit or correct the work free of charge.

Exclusions: Coverage remains valid provided the vehicle’s electrical wiring and door shell are in good condition. This warranty specifically excludes failures caused by faulty master switches, wiring shorts external to the motor, physical damage to the door panel, incidental damages, and jamming caused by foreign objects (such as debris from future broken glass).

ADAS Re-Calibration Warranty

Glass Genie warrants the accuracy of your Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibration for a period of 12 months, 12,000 miles, or until a new re-calibration event occurs - whichever arrives first. This certification confirms that your safety sensors have been precisely aligned to meet manufacturer specifications.

Should you experience system error messages, warning lights, or performance issues within this timeframe, please bring your vehicle to a Glass Genie location for a diagnostic check. If our inspection reveals the calibration has drifted without an external cause, we will perform the re-calibration service again at no cost to you.

Exclusions & Termination: This warranty is valid only until the next "Re-calibration Event." Coverage voids immediately if the vehicle is involved in a collision, requires a new windshield, or if the ADAS camera is physically disconnected or removed. Additionally, this warranty excludes hardware failure (including faulty cameras or modules), suspension modifications (such as lift kits), and incidental or consequential damages.
