1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Glass Genie website or utilizing our auto glass repair and replacement services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Glass Genie. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
Glass Genie provides professional automotive glass services, including windshield repair, windshield replacement, side and rear glass replacement, and ADAS camera calibration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at our discretion.
3. Appointments and Mobile Service
When scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate vehicle information (Year, Make, Model). For mobile service appointments, the customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible workspace for our technicians. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe working conditions, Glass Genie reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to ensure the quality and safety of the installation.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service quotes provided via our website or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual parts required or the condition of the vehicle upon inspection. Payment is required at the time of service completion unless prior arrangements have been made for insurance billing. Customers are responsible for any insurance deductibles or non-covered costs.
5. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Glass Genie provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all auto glass installations for as long as the customer owns or leases the vehicle. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including air or water leaks or stress cracks.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from road hazards (such as new rock chips or cracks), collisions, vandalism, vehicle theft, or pre-existing vehicle body rot or rust.
- Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, the original receipt must be presented, and the vehicle must be made available for inspection by a Glass Genie technician.
6. Safe Drive-Away Time
Your safety is our priority. Following a windshield replacement, our technician will inform you of the required “Safe Drive-Away Time.” This is the time necessary for the adhesive to cure properly to ensure the structural integrity of the vehicle. You agree to follow these instructions and wait the designated time before operating the vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass Genie and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the glass installed by us. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle or for personal items left inside the vehicle during the service.

All text, images, logos, and content found on this website are the property of Glass Genie and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, our services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Dallas County, Texas.
